Literacy for the iGeneration

Here’s an example of why I like the NYTimes online edition as a place to pull current events and to discuss literacy. In High School Football an Injury Nobody Sees The article uses typographic text, graphics, and video to build a powerful story. In working with students a teacher could use this article to teach so many different things and I have a feeling it would resonate with a large number of adolescents.
